Rachel Campos-Duffy is a US TV personality who first appeared in The Real World: San Francisco, the third season of MTV’s reality television series The Real World. Her appearance made her famous, and she later became a TV host.
Today she is also an author, parenting expert, blogger, political pundit, and national spokesperson of the “LIBRE initiative.” It is a non-profit organization that promotes economic stability, law, property rights, constitutionally limited government, and free-market capitalism, especially in the Hispanic community.

- The Real World: (San Francisco): Campos was cast on The Real World: San Francisco in January 1994. She was one of ten “Real World” graduates who starred in the 2003 movie “The Wedding Video,” a Real World parody.
- The View: She competed three times for a role on the daytime television talk show The View in 1999, 2002, and 2003. But the job went to the other female competitors all three times.
- LIBRE Initiative: Since 2013, Rachel has been the national spokesperson for the non-profit organization LIBRE Initiative.
Family and Personal Life
Rachel was involved in a car accident while the fifth season of The Real World was filmed. Her then-boyfriend and his friend died in the collision caused by an oncoming vehicle where the driver fell asleep. Campos survived after being thrown out of the passenger seat window but sustained severe injuries to her right leg.
Campos met her husband Sean Duffy when they co-starred on the fifth season of Road Rules: All Stars. They married on April 4, 1999, and live in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Rachel and Sean have a big family, and she has suffered two miscarriages. In May 2016, they welcomed their ninth child, a daughter born one month early with Down Syndrome.
