She left the company in 2008 and later worked as an Associate Director for the Warner music group. She founded The Sa Dance Company in 2009, where she worked as an Artistic Director at the studio. The studio focuses on a variety of genres of dances such as classical, Bollywood, Jazz, Ballet, contemporary, and many more.

She is married to Nick Pujji, who is a lawyer. They tied the knot on 30th May 2016. She especially came to India to select her wedding dress and brought her dream wedding dress, which was designed by the famous Indian designer Sabyasachi.
